Morning Dedication
Almighty God,
As I cross the threshold of this day
I commit myself, soul, body, affairs, friends, to Thy care;
Watch over, keep, guide, direct, sanctify, bless me.
Incline my heart to Thy ways;
Mould me wholly into the image of Jesus, as a potter forms clay;
May my lips be a well-tuned harp to sound Thy praise;
Let those around see me living by Thy Spirit,
trampling the world underfoot,
unconformed to lying vanities,
transformed by a renewed mind,
clad in the entire armour of God,
shining as a never-dimmed light,
showing holiness in all my doings.
Let no evil this day soil my thoughts, words, hands.
May I travel miry paths with a life pure from spot or stain.
In needful transactions let my affection be in heaven,
and my love soar upwards in flames of fire,
my gaze fixed on unseen things,
my eyes open to the emptiness, fragility,
mockery of earth and its vanities.
May I view all things in the mirror of eternity,
waiting for the coming of my Lord,
listening for the last trumpet call,
hastening unto the new heaven and earth.
Order this day all my communications according to Thy wisdom,
and to the gain of mutual good.

In this context, consider some of the major counsel on endurance He graciously gives us today:
Hebrews 10:35 – 39
“Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised. For, ‘Yet a little while, and the coming one will come and will not delay; but my righteous one shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.’ But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and preserve their souls.”
Hebrews 12:1, 2
“Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”
II Timothy 2:10 – 12
“Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they also may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. The saying is trustworthy, for: If we have died with him, we will also live with him; if we endure, we will also reign with him; if we deny him, he also will deny us; if we are faithless, he remains faithful—for he cannot deny himself.”
James 1:12 & 5:11
“Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. … Behold, we consider those blessed who remained steadfast. You have heard of the steadfastness of Job, and you have seen the purpose of the Lord, how the Lord is compassionate and merciful.”
Matthew 10:22 & 24:13
“ … and you will be hated by all for my name’s sake. But the one who endures to the end will be saved. … But the one who endures to the end will be saved.” (repetition for the sake of emphasis!)
Romans 2:6 – 8
“He will render to each one according to his works; to those who by patience in well-doing seek for glory and honor and immortality, he will give eternal life; but for those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there will be wrath and fury.”
Revelation 2:2,3,19 ; 3:10 ; 12:17 ; 13:10 & 14:12
“I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but have tested those who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false. I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name’s sake, and you have not grown weary. … I know your works, your love and faith and service and patient endurance … Because you have kept my word about patient endurance, I will keep you from the hour of trial that is coming on the whole world, to try those who dwell on the earth. … Then the dragon became furious with the woman and went off to make war on the rest of her offspring, on those who hold to the testimony of Jesus. … If anyone is to be taken captive, to captivity he goes; if anyone is to be slain with the sword, with the sword must he be slain. Here is a call for the endurance and faith of the saints. … Here is a call for the endurance of the saints, those who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus.”
The passages above were taken from the English Standard Version – emphasis ours.
God has forewarned us about many challenges that will take place in the days prior to His glorious Son’s coming. In this setting, He clearly asks His people to endure to the end. If we maintain His eternal perspective and continue to walk in faithful devotion to Him, we are safe, no matter what darkness befalls. Indeed, God is good to His people in Jesus Christ.
Before listing our web sites, a word about Endurance Ministries.
Endurance Ministries was incorporated in 2000 in order to help protect the emphasis of the call God has given us. We are a group of followers of Jesus Christ who have simply decided to devote attention to a few basic, but eternally consequential end-time matters. Our commitment is to
1. Increase literacy in the Bible concerning His end-time Truths. It’s what God’s Word
actually says that’s important. He has graciously given us crucial counsel. We must
listen to Him, for eternity is indeed sincerely hanging in the balance. This is a major
doctrine. Here’s one of our reoccurring sound bite questions:
“If we neglect the passages God has graciously given us for the purpose
of better discerning the many false teachings that are currently being
propagated today, will we not be making a conscious choice toward casting
aside one crucial means He has provided to help us avoid becoming deceived?”
2. Increase in discernment of our culture in light of His end-time Truths. Today, not
yesterday, not tomorrow, but today is actually seeing the fulfilling of some of God’s
prophetic Truths concerning the days just prior to the return of Jesus Christ. It’s
truly amazing what is happening today! His Word once again demonstrates itself
to be trustworthy.
3. Increase in “readiness” as our Lord Jesus has counseled. Time and time again His
Word tells us to be ready. In light of His warning that some will depart from the
faith in the days of the end, in light of the strong deception characteristic of the
end of days, in light of God’s requirement that we remain true to Him, we devote
ourselves to His eternally significant end-time Truths. We thrive only as we walk
or abide obediently in Jesus Christ. This includes patient endurance through it all.

This site presents some of the material on the truthfoundations’ site,
but in a way that does not initially assume biblical Truths. As a result,
many have used this site for evangelistic purposes with friends who are
skeptical of Truth in Jesus Christ but who are at least open to consider
common-sense appeal pertaining to starting-point, worldview assumptions.
As one of our early web productions, this site seeks to give the reader
a simple understanding as to what Endurance Ministries is all about.
Including material from our constitution (data which clarifies our basic
purposes), endmin.com highlights our unique differences—different than
that of other end-time ministries due to our thematic and chronological
(i.e., Final Trumpet Rapture/Gathering) distinctives.
